TURNAROUND & REVISIONS
STANDARD TURNAROUND:
10-21 BUSINESS DAYS
RUSH OPTIONS:
2-4 BUSINESS DAYS (PRIORITY PLACEMENT, RUSH FEE APPLIES).
5-9 BUSINESS DAYS (EXPEDITED, RUSH FEE APPLIES).
Rush Fees Are Non-Refundable: If you purchase a rush timeline, the fee is non-refundable even if you later change your deadline or delay submitting your form.
Important: Your project timeline does not begin until your Intake Form is fully completed, signed, and submitted. If the form is delayed, your turnaround window will also be delayed.
REVISIONS:
Each order includes up to 3-4 rounds of minor revisions (such as text edits, color tweaks, image or small layout adjustments). After clients use their 3-4 revisions, an additional fee for each revision will be added to your order. Major changes or redesigns would require a new order.
DESIGN DELIVERY
All products sold in this store are digital. No physical items will be shipped. Your digital files will be sent via email or download link.
If you purchased our templates and digital graphics, you’ll receive an automatic email with your download link or access instructions within a few minutes. If your email doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at trenteon122@gmail.com.
REFUND POLICY
DUE TO THE DIGITAL NATURE OF ALL PRODUCTS, INCLUDING CUSTOM DESIGNS, TEMPLATES, STOCK PHOTOS, CLIPART/VECTOR IMAGES, AND DIGITAL ART, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE FILES ARE DELIVERED, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED.
If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at trenteon122@gmail.com, and we’ll ensure you receive your product successfully.
Store credit only applies to projects that have not yet started. Once work has begun or files have been delivered, no credits, exchanges, or refunds will be available. Store credit is not guaranteed and is granted at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:
- All products are for personal and standard use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
- After purchase for a custom order, designs will be completed within a timely request. When reviewed and approved, designs will be delivered via email or downloadable link. Our templates and digital graphics are delivered instantly upon payment. All digital products are non-refundable.
- For custom orders an intake form is required to be filled out with design details and signed. You can find the form in our drop menu or attached to your email from a custom order.
- We're not responsible for lost or deleted files once the product has been delivered.
- We reserve the right to update or modify our prices, content, and availability at any time without prior notice.
