DUE TO THE DIGITAL NATURE OF ALL PRODUCTS, INCLUDING CUSTOM DESIGNS, TEMPLATES, STOCK PHOTOS, CLIPART/VECTOR IMAGES, AND DIGITAL ART ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE FILES ARE DELIVERED,THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at trenteon122@gmail.com, and we’ll ensure you receive your product successfully.

Store credit only applies to projects that have not yet started. Once work has begun or files have been delivered, no credits, exchanges, or refunds will be available. Store credit is not guaranteed and is granted at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
