Shipping policy

All products sold in this store are digital. No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, please go to the “Event Form” or “Branding Form” (found in the website menu). Use your order confirmation number to add to the form textbox. The form is quick and easy, it’s designed to collect all the details needed to bring your vision to life. Your custom design will be delivered within our standard turnaround time or if you selected a rushed order option. You’ll review and approve your design, and your digital files will be send via email or download link.

 
If you purchased our templates and digital graphics, you’ll receive an automatic email with your download link or access instructions within a few minutes.
